Since our beginnings in 1989, we have grown to become one of the leading Health Care Staffing Services in Western United States. PROCEL is owned by founder Marylin Stephens, MSN, MBA, RN. Seven years of her Clinical Practice was in Surgical Services and seventeen years of her nursing career was spent as the Vice President of Patient Care Services/Associate Administrator in major Medical Centers in Southern California. "We are dedicated to serving our Customers with Nurses and Technicians who excel in their practice, providing the highest quality of patient care".
