FRIENDLY PAY POLICIESPaychecks are processed every week for your convenience. Advances may be arranged during the week. Parking reimbursement for Per Diem Professionals up to $5.00 per day with receipt as parking reimubursement for travelers. HEALTH, DENTAL , VISIONPROCEL offers Group Health, Dental and Vision Insurance with PROCEL contribution. If you are working a Per Diem schedule you qualify for group Insurance on the 1st of the month following three months of full time work. Travelers qualify for group Insurance on the 1st of the month following start of a Travel assignment. Once qualified PROCEL provides free Employee Assistance Program and $15,000 Term Life Insurance. TERM LIFE INSURANCEPROCEL provides free $15,000 Term Life Insurance once qualified for Health Insurance. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMPROCEL provides free EAP once you are qualified for Health Insurance. ROUND TRIP TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTEligible Travelers will receive travel reimbursement You will be reimbursed for travel to and from your assignments. Half will be given at the start of your assignment and the rest at the completion. Talk to your recruiter to see if you are eligible for tax free travel reimbursement. CREDIT UNIONWestern Federal Credit Union is available for all employees, both Per Diem and Travel, upon hire. REFERRAL BONUSKnow a friend or colleague looking for extra work? Just refer them to PROCEL and you will be eligible to receive a generous referral bonus. Referral bonus of $500 is given for RNs. We will pay you whether you are currently on assignment with PROCEL or not as long as you have been an employee of PROCEL. There is no limit to how many you can refer. LICENSURE REIMBURSEMENTWe will reimburse your for licensure reimbursement expense at the completion of your Travel assignment with PROCEL (with receipts). Our recruiters will help you with every aspect of your credentialing and licensure requirements. 401K PLANIf you accept a 13-week travel assignment your 401K will begin after successfully completing 500 hours. If you are a Per Diem Nurse you may also participate in the 401K plan. We will tell you about it during orientation. HOLIDAY PAYMost of our facilities provide holiday pay for the six major holidays: New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. Approval depends on Facility policies. CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSESPROCEL is a BRN Provider and organizes classes throughout the year. For each class/program you will receive a certificate indicating the number of contact hours earned. Program schedules will be published in the “Heart Beat' bulletin on our Web Site. You can also click onto our www.nursingcenter.com link for more CEU's. BCLS classes are conducted monthly at our Office. Call Human Resources for the schedule. DIRECT DEPOSIT - FreePROCEL offers direct deposit to all employees. FREE CEU'S EACH YEAREach year PROCEL provides our Nurses and Technicians with a program of mandatory topics in full compliance with Joint Commission. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate. LOYALTY BONUSAll Travelers earn a Loyalty Bonus throughout the year. The bonus is earned upon each 1000 hours worked in one year. LOCAL TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTSIf you like the idea of travel but have obligations keeping you from traveling a distance, you may still enjoy the benefits of a traveler and stay right at home. Your recruiter will tell you all about it. TAX ADVANTAGE PROGRAM:We recommend that you seek a qualified tax advisor to receive explanation As to how the tax opportunities may apply to you. There are three main tax rules that must be met for a traveler to receive tax-free meal per diem and housing and mileage benefits. 1. The travel nurse must have a permanent tax home 2. The assignment must not be within commuting distance of the permanent tax home and 3. The assignment including extensions may not extend beyond one year.
